When you are ready to begin, visualize sitting beside a beautiful, slow moving stream, watching leaves drop into the water and float past you. Remember, during this practice simply notice any thoughts that arise, type them into the box, click send and allow them pass. Once you open the exercise your 5 minute practice period will begin.
